Thanks so much for your support. The kids are still missing.

  2. Andrea Says:

The children are both fine. They told me that they have been abused by several of their family members. My friend showed me the German court decision: Parental responsibility is not with the father, because the kids say he abused them. Its not with the mother, because the judge declared her “probably psychologically ill” – sadly this often happens with child abuse cases in Germany. The court expects parents to function completely rational, at a time when their world breaks down. Also it is unconstitutional to declare someone insane, when no doctor is involved.

Anyway, the children are fine. Happy kids – just scared their father might find them. The search ad is from the sister of this father. The kids say, the sister has also abused them.

Is it allowed to say that the kids say, that their aunt (who has filled the net with search ads), has abused her own kids? That is what these 2 little kids say – in graphic detail. Cannot be just made up and even if so, you’d wonder why.

The internet seems a great place to bully and blackmail people, who cannot defend themselves. Even and particularly on missing kids sites. From “loving” relatives. The kids are very scared of these “loving” relatives. Well, why would the kids tell such a different story? Very sad.

  4. Lucy Mellersh Says:

Christmas passed and the children are still not found!
Please help us find the kids: Yaanis and Mira Mellersh, abducted by mentally instable mother Elke Mellersh. Who goes around telling lies about my brother Justin Mellersh.

    Please, please help!!!

  5. Lucy Mellersh Says:

It is ridiculous to say our family sexually abused Yaanis and Mira or my kids. Just goes to show how sick people can get. We love our kids and we are a good family. Everybody around us will say the same.

We have the right values. It is Elke Mellersh who is sick and should get some medical treatment immediately.

Please help to free the children from this sick and insane mother!

I don’t know Lucy, but I have known Justin for quite a few years. All I would like to add to this thread is that in my judgement he is about the last person on earth who would do anything to harm another living being – let alone his own children.

  7. Paul Mellersh Says:

    Thanks Dad.

    This case is now solved.
Elke, murdered the children and herself in Turkey in November 2011.

In reading the comments. I am positive that the two postings by “Andrea” and “the truth” are from the mother, Elke. The two postings are 30 minutes apart.

I agree with the quote from “Andrea”: “The internet seems a great place to bully and blackmail people, who cannot defend themselves.”

Elke used the Internet to anonymously post hurtful and evil lies about our family, before she cruelly murdered her own children.

She was on the run for about two years and even with an Interpol warrant for her arrest she was able to go in and out of Amsterdam visiting Turkey and other countries. She was able to get the children to Turkey. After we found out she was in that country the Turkish police were very slow to do anything. How hard would it have been for the police to find Elke’s mother? If she were considered a “terrorist” she would have probably been found in months.

It is a sad story. I am telling it here with the hope that it can help some one understand some of the obstacles to finding their abducted child.
